CHARACTERISTICS OF A GLUED CONTAINER:Glued containers are characterised by:
DESCRIPTION OF STANDARD BODY CONSTRUCTION:Floor – flat, with strong construction made of steel thin-walled sections, blast cleaned and protected against corrosion with polyurethane agents (priming paint – x2 and chassis surface paint). The floor is covered with waterproof plywood with anti-slip layer. Outside coating- modular – composed of strips of 470 mm thick aluminium painted plate, joined vertically. Inside coating – waterproof planks at intersections of 250, 350 mm (6-8 rows), first plank is just at the floor level. Roof and door - 40 mm thick insulated panels of the construction type: plate – foam - plate (manufactured as in an insulated body). Insulation material is ecologic polyurethane foam. Such a solution prevents gathering of drips on the roof as a result of difference of temperatures, caused by weather conditions or by transported load. Panels are characterized by high stiffness, which increases stiffness and strength of the whole body. Outside fittings – aluminium sections, painted, tee bar shape and half-rounded corner. Rear frame – construction welded from acid-proof steel plate. Body fitting (hinges, locks, door protections) – acid-proof steel. Equipment:
Walls of the body are manufactured according to KLEMBAU system. Each wall is a stiffened panel constructed of plate – profiled posts, which serve as the carrying construction. Posts with a module of plate (strip of plate) are joined by means of riveting and gluing. Rivets joining posts with strip of plate are invisible from the outside. Wall panels are joined with the floor construction and roof with specially shaped aluminium sections by means of screwing and gluing. In order to increase strength and stiffness of the body, glued joints are locally reinforced by riveted joints. Optional and additional equipment:
N O T E:
We
manufacture specialised containers for clothing transport.
On the inside walls of the body there are
mounted panels with a grid of holes for fastening bars for hangers.
