Platform body
with canvas cover
PURPOSE:Platform
body – is an open body of general purpose, with the use of
canvas cover that protects load against the influence of external
factors such as: rain, snow, wind.
DESCRIPTION OF STANDARD BODY
CONSTRUCTION:
Floor
– with strong construction made of steel thin-walled sections,
blast cleaned and protected against corrosion with polyurethane
agents (priming paint – x2 and chassis surface paint). Carrying
posts of the front wall made of steel thin-walled sections are welded
to the floor construction. The floor is covered with waterproof
plywood with anti-slip layer.
Platform
body side board – 400mm high aluminium side boards, inside
board locks. Side
board posts (central and rear) – easy to demount.
Front board is permanent.
Frame
of the platform – made of steel thin-walled sections, possible
to disassemble, blast cleaned and painted with polyurethane agents.
Posts of the platform serve as extension of
board posts – separable connection.
Central posts can be easily dismounted as a
whole (board and frame post), providing easy loading and unloading
(sides of the platform are free of obstacles on entire length of the
platform). Planks
are settled on the walls at intervals of 260 up to 350 mm, 3 up to 6
rows – depending on height of the body.
Cross-section of the planks is 25 up to 30
x 100 up to 120 mm.
Canvas
cover – regular or custom made of commonly used materials in a
wide selection of colours.
Equipment:
- fold-up step on the rear board,
- anti-collision barriers (against bicycles), contour lights – according to road traffic regulations.
OPTIONAL AND ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT
- height of the board: 500, 600, 700, 800 mm,
- movable roof – for loading and unloading from the top,
- floor covered with aluminium plate,
- handles in the floor for fastening load with belts,
- double rear door – opening angle of 2700,
