TYPES OF BODIES:

  • container: body without insulation of walls
  • insulated: insulated body, insulation class FNA (IN), according to ATP
  • refrigerated: insulated body, insulation class FRC (IR), according to ATP
  • platform: with or without canvas cover – in all variants of access to body interior
  • transport of animals: container construction for transport of poultry and port livestock
  • bodies conform to the European standards of livestock transport
  • a trailer equipped with accessories for transport of replaceable containers 

CHASSIS, CARRYING CONSTRUCTION:

  • steel frame construction welded of higher quality construction steel, double-tee-bar carrying beams
  • WAP, BPW towing tongue: Regulated or non-regulated length, supporting lift,  towing eye o 50 mm
  • anticorrosion protection:
  1. preparation of surface for painting by means of blast cleaning
  2. painting with priming material
  3. surface painting in an arranged colour pattern according to RAL chart 

AXLES:

  • two maintenance-free axles manufactured by BPW or SAF with drum or disk brakes
            
 
  • load capacity of one axle – max 9000kg
  • pneumatic suspension with the system of levelling to loading ramp height
  • ABS or EBS sensors mounted
  • automatic regulation of clearance between brake linings / blocks and brake drums / disks 

WHEELS AND TYRES:

  • 8 pieces of complete wheels – double wheels
  • tubeless tyres 

BRAKE SYSTEM:

  • pneumatic, two-way system manufactured by WABCO with automatic regulation of braking force
 
  • ABS or EBS; 2S/2M system
  • automatic parking brake on the left side 

ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION:

  • operating voltage of 24V
  • combined rear lamps built in the rear bumper
  • registration plate lighting
  • contour lights on upper corners of the body: white front lights, red rear lights
  • side contour lights with reflecting elements
  • rear reflecting triangles
  • white front parking and reflecting lights
  • interior lighting controlled from the driver’s cab, in insulated bodies lamps are hidden in the roof panel
